The Site is operated by **SRGAdventures LLC** (**DBA**"To The Water," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company based in Marion County, Florida.

About of Services

To The Water shares content, photography, and information about paddle adventures and outdoor experiences in and around Silver Springs, Florida.

**Tour bookings made through this Site are currently fulfilled by a third-party operator, Epic Paddle Adventures.** To The Water acts as a referral source. We are not the operator of those tours.

To The Water may, in the future, operate its own tours directly. When that happens, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

No Liability for Third Party Tours

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Epic Paddle Adventures is solely responsible for the safety, conduct, and operation of tours it provides

- To The Water does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of any third-party tour

- Any contract you enter into for a tour is directly between you and Epic Paddle Adventures (or whichever operator provides the tour)

- To The Water is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising out of a third-party operator's services

You participate in any water-based or outdoor activity **at your own risk**. Paddling, swimming, and water recreation involve inherent dangers, including but not limited to drowning, wildlife encounters, weather, and equipment failure.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
